Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the LeadzApp mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the LeadzApp App.

About LeadzAppLeadzApp is a sales enablement platform designed to assist businesses to: Capture and manage customer enquiries
• Record and organise sales interactions
• Send business communications including SMS
• Generate AI-assisted communication for internal productivity
• Integrate with external CRM systems where configured LeadzApp is a business productivity tool, not a telecommunications carrier.

User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring that:
• You have lawful consent to collect and use customer information
• All communications comply with Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and applicable laws
• You obtain consent before recording conversations where required
• You honour unsubscribe or opt-out requests
• You do not use the App for unsolicited marketing

SMS Communications
Where SMS is sent using LeadzApp:
• Messages are transmitted via authorised infrastructure operated by Cellcast Pty Ltd
• You are the sender of record and responsible for recipient consent
• You must include identification and opt-out mechanisms where required by law

LeadzApp does not assume responsibility for how users choose to communicate.

AI Features AI-generated outputs:
• Are assistive suggestions only
• Are not used to make automated decisions
• Are not trained using your data
• Do not contribute to shared or public AI models

Your data remains isolated to your environment.

Data Storage
Customer and operational data is stored securely on Australian-hosted infrastructure.
Where enabled, data may sync to third-party CRM systems under your control.

Notes and Recordings
If recordings are made:
• They are stored for processing and reference for a limited operational period
• They are transcribed to assist workflow documentation
• They are not used for AI model training
• They are automatically removed in accordance with system retention controls

Acceptable Use
You must not use LeadzApp to:
- Violate privacy or surveillance laws
- Send unlawful or misleading communications
- Store sensitive information without authority
- Conduct harassment, spam, or fraudulent activity9. Intellectual PropertyAll software, workflows, branding, and systems remain the property of Cellcast Pty Ltd.

A limited, revocable licence is granted to use the App.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cellcast Pty Ltd is not liable for:
• Business decisions made using the App
• Loss of sales or opportunities
• User-entered data accuracy
• Third-party integration failures1

Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where misuse, unlawful activity, or breach occurs.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
